Treberfedd Farm Re-opening Confirmation and Details- Updated 12th March 2021

We are looking forward to being able to reopen from the 27th of March 2021 following the announcement made on the 12th of March 2021.

We will always try and update guests with the relevant information as soon as possible. There are different rules in place across the United Kingdom, and we are following the rules laid out by the Welsh Government. Please make sure you are up to date with the guidance ready for your stay, which can be found here. It is your responsibility to ensure you’re following the correct guidelines during your break.

With current guidelines we are only able to accept guests from one household living within Wales until the 12th of April 2021.


Guests from England with breaks booked before the 12th of April

In line with current national travel restrictions we are unable to accept any bookings from guests living in England. We will be getting in touch with affected guests with further details about cancelling or moving your stay.


In line with current Welsh Government guide lines a booking system will be present for the pizza oven – a lunch time or evening slot available on a pre-booked basis for one household.

On-site children’s playground and games room will be available and inspected regularly, at guests own risk.

Access to shared utility room with cleaning rota in place will be available to use for one household at a time.


Covid Booking Policy

We want guests to feel confident when making a booking with us during these unprecedented times. Therefore if either we need to close due to lock down restrictions, guests cannot travel due to illness/isolation or travel restrictions we can either:

1.Transfer your holiday to later in 2021.

2.Receive a voucher for the value of your booking to use within 12 months of the original arrival date.

3.Cancel your holiday and provide a full refund.
