Springtime on the farm

The sunshine and light mornings have brought the busy springtime workload to the organic farm at Treberfedd. Our flock of sheep are making the most of the glorious spring weather and lambing outside in the fields this year. Jack is checking on them at 6am, regularly through the day and last thing at night, walking around the fields by torchlight. Visitors can see the newborn lambs as well as collect the eggs when booking one of our guided farm walks.
We have also welcomed our first newborn Hereford calf of the season. Only 19 more to go! Farmer Jack is going to need a holiday by May day!
