Outside of the usual workspace, the Wales Sustainability Venue is a place to reflect, focus and gain fresh perspective together. The hilltop setting and panoramic views of beautiful countryside lift the spirits and remind people why it is important to build care of planet earth into the way every organisation operates.

Hospitality
We have a beautiful venue to share. At Treberfedd Farm we are proud to be an out of the ordinary corporate space, housed in a converted stone barn, the training room has underfloor heating, large windows, log fires and fantastic views.
Stylish Bar and dining room serving home cooked organic food with a menu drawn up for your group. From the bar we serve local beers, welsh gins, organic juices and organic wines.
Comfortable accommodation, across two converted barns, two farm houses, three eco lodges and a vintage caravan.
Activities
We can organise team building sessions
Such as cookery, pizza making, sheep gathering, apple pressing, flower arranging, farm treasure hunt and team games. Tell us what you like!
Nearby adventure activities
Such as coastal walking, water sports, coasteering, wildlife watching boat trips, rock climbing, paddle boarding available within a 30 minute drive.
Wellbeing sessions
A sustainable future means learning about business methods that can deliver a healthy balance sheet alongside happy staff, customers and a living environment.
Build some time to rest and recharge into your programme. We have Forest Bathing benches and woodland walks. Use our space for your own yoga session or we can book an instructor for you. We can organise speakers and teachers in yoga, mindfulness, work/life coaching.
Options to buy in extra wellbeing sessions such as reflexology, aromatherapy massage, watercolour painting, mindfulness and managing stress and anxiety.

At Wales Sustainability Venue we can demonstrate sustainability in action – A walk around the farm reveals solutions that we have built into our business over the last 20 years.
Renewable energy, business resilience, climate resilience, regenerative food production, biodiversity gain are all topics that can be demonstrated by what we do here at Treberfedd Farm. Since 2002 our small business has invested in planting trees, installing wind and solar power, agroforestry for firewood and regenerating the land, wildlife, organic food production, conservation of rare farm breeds and sequestering carbon in as many ways as possible on our land. The Venue is in easy reach of inspiring natural landscapes like Cardigan Bay coast and the Cambrian Mountains.
Travel
Transfers can be arranged from railway stations (45 minutes) or private bus pick-ups from UK towns and cities. Electric Vehicle charging is available on site.
We recommend
Build in a coastal walk or a visit to an organic farm. Leave time for exploring the nature trail around the venue.
